This hotel is truly a gem. We have stayed here twice, most recently from July 19 to July 31, 2025. The service was outstanding, particularly during breakfast, where the staff was incredibly attentive, as well as in the restaurant. The reception team, especially the manager, was always available, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience. We will definitely return next summer for our third stay to enjoy once again this beautiful city and fantastic hotel.

Superb resort for large family. Close to the beach, short walk to the town (we had young kids and easy for them) and the pools are perfect size. Also walking distance to the waterpark which is also recommended. Service and food also very good. Thoroughly recommended

This was the second year running we have stayed at Ciutat de Palol - which really says it all. The apartments are well-equipped, clean and comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The daily housekeeping service is a real luxury. Underground car parking with direct lift access to the apartment blocks is extremely convenient. The complex is within a ten minute walk of the centre of Playa d'Aro where there are many shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. In fact, it is so good we will probably go back again next year.

Just back after spending one week on this resort and would highly recommend it.

To begin with the staff are friendly and attentive. The girls in reception are so helpful and were able to help me with some awkward requests. The pool area is clean and inviting with a 30m pool is great for a good swim as the pool doesn't get too crowded with plenty of sunbeds. In addition there is a selection of beaches across the road.

The apartment we had was in C Block and has all day sun. The apartments are spotlessly clean and are cleaned everyday. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, clean sheets and plenty of towels

The hotel is close to town, approximately 1km, which is an easy walk. Parking in the hotel is underground and secure at €10 a day.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be retuning.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. We came from the UK on the train, so it was an easy bus journey from Girona station.

The grounds are lovely, fantastic family friendly pool. The apartment was great, spotlessly clean, practical, with a kitchen. Really lovely staff and service.

Amazing beaches are a five minute walk away, town about 10-15.

It was perfect for us, we will be coming back.
