Hotel Grand Kissimmee At Celebration

I booked this hotel due to the location. It was basic., and in a good area.

No coffeemaker in room had to go to breakfast area to get coffee every day
no lids for carrying coffee to room
Phone in room did not work
sheets dirty when arrived
Children were not considered on reservation, not enough towels, no washcloths at all
no daily maid service
breakfast was provided, muffin and coffee and juice, Nothing else,
Coffee was terrible and not monitored by desk staff, ran out twice when I was there and had to go to the desk to ask for more
desk staff had no urgency, to get things done
had to go down to the front desk 2 times to ask for clean sheets the night I checked in.
pool area not monitored,
pool chairs not set up, no towels, trash overflowing
had to ask desk for extra trash bags none provided
trash sat in hall all day from other rooms
bad customer service, front desk people did not seem helpful at all.
no apology for dirty sheets or lack of someone responding, no discount or anything offered to make up for me having to go to the front desk twice to get clean sheets and things fixed in my room on my first night.
