Built in 1890, this Georgian country house is set in 3 hectares of landscaped gardens and offers 28 refurbished en suite bedrooms. The Seasons restaurant accommodates 90 guests with private dining facilities and The Islwyn suite offers one of the largest dining facilities in the area, which accommodates up to 220 guests for events such as weddings and dinner dances. Facilities available to guests at the historical hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a cloakroom, bar, conference facilities, room service (fees apply), a laundry service and a car park.
The hotel has 14 guest rooms in the main house and the remaining 14 in the beautifully appointed Coach House. All rooms encompass a special country house charm that is unique to the establishment, while the individual furnishings give each of the rooms the character so highly desired for a stay in an equally beautiful country manor. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, Internet access and central heating. The wonderful cuisine has made the Seasons Restaurant one of the most popular dining venues in the area. The menus are a combination of classical and traditional British dishes, which are changed seasonally. Private dining is also available should guests require privacy for that special occasion. Breakfast is served each morning and set menu options are available for lunch and dinner.
