The summit of Cerro Pui-Ponos took this castle-convent of the XII-XIII century with its natural defense and panoramic views over the city. The building has a mixture of Gothic walls, silvered sepulcher, and Aragones palace. The hotel is decorated in tones of red ochre, greens and oak beams. In the dining room there are typical dishes to try such as the Alcañizana eggs, roasts and almond cakes.
