The hotel, which was renovated in 2008, is situated in a 15th century convent, among gardens and fountains which recall a past in which Arabian and Christian influences merged. The convent was built on the orders of the Catholic Monarchs on top of a Nazrid Palace, of which important remains are still conserved, such as the Nazrid Hall. Numerous works of art and exceptional pieces of furniture decorate the cloister and the interior rooms. The dining rooms and the cool summer terrace offer exceptional views of the life of Grenada. The hotel has 40 rooms and is air conditioned. The lobby offers 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. Dining and drinks are provided by the hotel's café, bar and restaurant. WLAN Internet access, room service, laundry service and a car park are all available to hotel guests.
