Rjokan Itsumoya

Situated just a 10-minute walk from iconic Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island, Itsumoya is a historic 2-storey Japanese-style townhouse that can be rented as a whole. It features a small Japanese garden and intricate wood-carving decorations. It is a non-smoking property, and free Wi-Fi is provided. A comfortable living room comes with a low table and seating cushions. A microwave, a fridge and an electric kettle are included in the kitchenette on the ground floor. Bedrooms are situated upstairs, and guests sleep on traditional futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Itsumoya is just a 2-minute walk from the ferry terminal on the island. JR Miyajimaguchi Station is a 5-minute ferry ride away. Miyajima Historical and Folklore Library House can be reached within a 20-minute walk. No meals are served. Guests can prepared their own meals in the kitchenette, or dine at nearby restaurants.
