Gorgeous decor, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good and included in the room. Wanted to try the spa but couldn't as that employee was on holiday. The hotel is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The is a drug stor

Only just got here. Seems like a good location but the reception staff specifically need a major lesson in customer service. Rooms are well stocked if not a little small. Roof terrace is nice if not the best view.

I am so disappointed!! First, we came in and the room was steaming hot. We put the a/c on 15 c and still, nothing. The staff came in and said all the rooms are like that cause the hotel is facing the sun. Coming from a warm country myself I know it's not
