The suites have a separate seating area, whilst some rooms overlook the Castle Keep. The Maven Restaurant boasts spectacular views of the Tyne Bridge, whilst the Redwood Bar has a relaxing fireplace and sofas. Livello Cocktail and late night Bar and Courtyard opens onto the Quayside. Please note on arrival all guests will be asked to present a credit or debit card for payment. Should your room have been prepaid you will still be asked for a chip-pin card pre authorisation of £25, contactless, Apple pay or any form of virtual card will not be accepted for this. This is released back onto your pending balance providing none of our other services within the hotel have not been utilised and will appear back in your available balance within 14 days depending on your bank.
