The Waldpension/ holiday home is located in a quiet south-facing location, directly on the edge of the forest, away from the street noise in Kollnburg. Enjoy a memorable holiday where you feel like home. Our holiday home (82 m²) consists of 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed and a sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, kitchen fully equipped with comfortable dining area and a comfortable living room. Flat screen in the living room and in the two bedrooms. The apartment is an attic apartment with a balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are free. A beautiful large children's playground is only 100 metres from our house. Kollnburg offers many marked hiking trails as for example nature and fitness trail as well as mountain biking in the immediate vicinity. A tennis court and Kneipp facilities are available. In winter there are many downhill and cross-country ski runs, toboggan runs and cleared winter hiking trails. St. Englmar is a 5-minute drive away and features the longest summer toboggan run, climbing forest and the canopy walkway. Bodenmais/ the Arberregion is only a 30-minute drive from our holiday home.
