Set in a 12th-century chateau, this hotel offers a panoramic view of the Millau Viaduct and the Tarn Valley. It features a heated outdoor pool and you can savour local cuisine and wines. The guest rooms have a contemporary style or an elegant décor with high ceilings, parquet flooring and a fireplace. Each room has an LCD TV and some of the rooms feature a balcony with a garden view. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the castle's dining room, while meals are served in the 12th-century arched cellar at Chateau de Creissels. You can enjoy wine from the Languedoc area, and packed lunches are available upon request. Located in the Grands Causses Park, this hotel is opposite Creissels’ Church. The centre of Millau is 2 km away and free private parking is available on site. The restaurant is open in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, and welcomes you for lunch on Sunday. It is closed on Monday and Sunday evenings. Reservations are recommended.
