Family Hotel Magnolia is set in the very hearth of Sunny Beach, just 200 meters from the main street and a few minutes’ walk from the central beach in the resort, close to some of the best restaurants, bars, shops, and night clubs. The elegant building and the beautiful garden are inspired by the villas in Tuscany, Italy. The hotel has 22 accommodation units, distributed in 20 modernly furnished double and family rooms and 2 studio appartements. The spacious studios offer comfortable accommodation for families, couples, or groups of friends. All rooms and studios are air-conditioned rooms. All rooms and the studios come with an LCD TV with Cable TV, and a minibar. The elegant en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Towels and free toiletries are provided as well. All rooms and studios have a spacious balcony. Family Hotel Magnolia features a private, outdoor seasonal swimming pool with brand new chaise lounges and a children´ s pool area for our young guest. To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene, the water in the swimming pool is purified with the latest technology. 20 of the rooms and the 2 studios have a pool view and open onto the garden with its cypresses, roses, plum, cherry, apricot, pomegranate, and magnolia trees. The hotel has been partly renovated in 2022-2023. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms, studios, the lobby bar, and the swimming pool area, and it is free of charge for the guests of the hotel. A hairdryer and an iron are provided at the reception desk. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property, a lobby bar, and 6 new parking places at the private parking of the hotel. In the lobby bar, the guests can enjoy beverages and snacks. The nearest airport is Burgas Airport, 27 km from the property.
