The Hotel am Markt und Brauhaus Stadtkrug is an ideal base for exploring the heritage attractions of this pretty town in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The hotel is very close to the town harbour, from where you can take a boat trip. A 30-minute stroll takes you to the Haffbad, a lagoon bathing area. This also offers a wonderful view of the island of Usedom. A particular attraction here is the traditional Ueckermünde-style brewery bar, called the Stadtkrug. Savour the rustic atmosphere and enjoy the beer brewed specially at the hotel. The beer comes in dark, light and wheat varieties, and is produced in a traditional method.
