GIFT CARD PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Gift Card will be marketed and sold by Destinia SLU through destinia.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and the conditions of use shall be as follows:

The Client, who is the person purchasing the Gift Card, may or may not be the same person as the Recipient, who is the person using the Gift Card.
When acquiring the Gift Card, the Client may choose to receive it via email at the time of purchase or schedule the delivery thereof at a future time.
The Client will receive the Gift Card at the email address provided at the time of purchase. In the event that the Client and the Recipient of the Gift Card are not the same person, the Recipient will receive the Gift Card at the email address that the Client indicates, and the Client will also receive a copy.

THE GIFT CARD

Is independent and non-nominative.
Is valid toward the purchase of any product payable in euros (EUR) on the Website and only for confirmed reservations that accept the Gift Card as a payment method at the time of confirming the purchase.
May have a value between €10 and €500. The exact initial amount will be indicated in the purchase confirmation email.
Will be sent to the Client in an email, which will include a numerical code and a PDF file containing a printable version.
May not be sold or redeemed for cash or for other goods and services.
May be acquired solely using online payment methods.
May not be used to reserve products or services paid directly at the hotel or airline.
Is valid for 24 months from the time of purchase.
May not be purchased using other coupons or discount vouchers.
The purchase of a product or service on the Website using the Gift Card is transacted by entering the code during the corresponding reservation process, at which time the discount will be applied automatically.
The Gift Card code may be used more than once for different reservations as long as the amount of the first reservation is less than the amount of the Gift Card. Any surplus amount will remain on the Gift Card.
If the amount of the reservation exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the Client or Recipient must make up the difference using an online payment method.
Only one Gift Card may be used to pay for each reservation or service.
If the Client or Recipient fails to use the Gift Card prior to the expiration date, he or she will be unable to claim reimbursement of the price of the Gift Card or substitute it with another gift card, alternative service or other form of compensation.
In the event that the reservation placed using a Gift Card is cancelled or modified, the amount will be reimbursed to the original Gift Card after deducting any applicable cancellation or modification fees.

CANCELLATION OF THE GIFT CARD

Will be free during the first 14 days from the date of purchase if the Gift Card is unused. The amount will be reimbursed to the Client via the same payment method used to purchase the Gift Card.
May be done by the Client via email or telephone.
In the event that the Gift Card is lost or stolen, the Client may contact Destinia SLU to request a replacement.
No receipt will be issued for the purchase of this Gift Card. A receipt will be issued solely when the Gift Card is redeemed for a specific product or service.
