* What happens if the amount of my new booking exceed the amoutn on my voucher? You'll be able to exchange your voucher and you'll be offered the possibility to pay the difference in any of the methods of payment available at Destinia.
* What happens if I got a voucher from an airline but I bought a Flight+Hotel package? In this case, you'll have to exchange the airline voucher directly with the airline following the instructions given when you got the voucher. At Destinia, you'll be able to exchange the amount for the rest of services on your booking for any product invoiced by Destinia.
* When does my refund voucher expire? Your voucher will be valid for one year from the day you got it.

How do I use my refund voucher?
1. In order to exchange your voucher you must make your search from this webpage so as to make sure that during the booking process you'll find a box where to enter your voucher.
2. Once you've chosen where you want to go, you'll find a step where you'll be able to validate your voucher.
3. Keep on with the usual booking process by completing your details.
4. Once the voucher is validated, if the amount on the voucher is lower than the price of the booking, you'll be able to pay for the difference so as to be able to finish your booking. If the amount on the voucher is higher than the price of your new booking, you'll be able to finish your booking and a new voucher for the remaining amount will be generated for you to use in a future booking.
