The Apartments are located on 6.4 klm of powder white sand beach facing west so guests can see the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.This 19-story beachfront apartment complex is a 55 acre private community. There is a USD 25 one time parking fee charged by Southsea Towers. Payment will be taken when guests register for their apartment. Guests will be issued with a parking permit.
