Where do I pick up the keys if I reserved an apartment?
We recommend you confirm the place and time for key pick-up prior to the date of arrival, as keys are not always delivered at the apartment address. You can check the details by calling our Customer Service Agent at +1 347 640 5358.
Key pick-up is usually between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
