A breach by Guests may, at the Hotel’s discretion and without any right to refund, result in: (a) the immediate termination of the lodging contract and eviction of the offending persons; (b) the imposition of an internal charge for extraordinary cleaning and/or repair of damages, without prejudice to claiming additional amounts if actual costs exceed that sum; and (c) notifying the Law Enforcement Authorities whenever there are indications of an administrative offence or a crime.
