Prohibition. It is strictly prohibited throughout the entire establishment (including rooms, terraces and common areas) the consumption, illicit possession, cultivation, production, exchange, buying and selling or any form of trafficking of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, in accordance with current regulations, in particular, Organic Law 4/2015, on the protection of citizen security (arts. 36.16 and 36.18), and Organic Law 10/1995, of the Penal Code (arts. 368 et seq.). For these purposes, the Hotel also prohibits the recreational use of inhaled substances for psychoactive purposes, including nitrous oxide ("laughing gas"), without prejudice to the specific legal regime that may apply. Measures for non-compliance. Non-compliance by Customers may result, at the Hotel's discretion and without right to refund: (a) the immediate termination of the accommodation contract and the eviction of the offending persons; (b) the imposition of an internal charge for extraordinary cleaning and/or repair of damages, without prejudice to the claim for additional amounts if actual costs exceed that amount; and (c) notification to the Security Forces and Bodies when there are indications of administrative violation or crime.
