What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?
The accommodation in question is located near the Renfe train station and offers convenient access to various city landmarks. However, many reviewers were disappointed with the outdated and poorly maintained rooms. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovations, with only the 7th floor in good condition. The café and reception areas also need improvement. Some guests expressed surprise at the subpar quality of the rooms, expecting better from a 4-star hotel chain like Barcelo. On the positive side, a few guests enjoyed their stay, praising the friendly staff and great location. However, there were also concerns about the unclear access to the hotel, particularly after midnight. Overall, while there were some positive experiences, the majority of reviews highlighted the need for room renovations and improved facilities.
