On arrival we were told there was a problem with our room due to " maintenance " !
We were offered a room in the sister hotel which was across the road. That hotel was fine. The room was clean & comfortable and fairly spacious. We were given free breakfast for the inconvenience of swapping hotels, so they redeemed themselves. Breakfast was very good - 3David - Jul 27, 2018
Hotel room had a mezanine/gallery floor room where the bed and wardrobe was. Problem was the bathroom was very small and on the ground floor which meant having to keep going up or down the stairs when getting dressed. The stairs to the gallery bedroom were very steep, open planned and had hard metal strips along the edges. Had to be extremely careful not to trip or slip through the gaps at night when going downstairs to the bathroom in bare feet! A poor arrangement in a room that is meant to be 'an upgrade'!.Breakfast was very nice presented with a good choice.
