    Nice for a short stay, but overpriced

    Stayed there end of March. Hotel quite full considering it's still low season. Food quality and facilities are good, although amenities could be better, ex. for such a price I'd expect better quality toiletries (definitely not 5*!) . I didn't like the fact of heating the outdoor pool (such an energy loss!!) and invasive sales from Spa sales team, not inviting at all. Specialty restaurants of course full for each evening (just 1, max.2 running per day). Had to chase it via customer relations each day. Hotel is old but well kept.

    In der Aufenthaltszeit leider sehr lauter Baulärm im Nebenhotel, sogar Sonntags. Wlan leider nur beschränkt kostenlos. Reinigung der Zimmer mangelhaft. Leider ist das Mobiliar sehr veraltet, glaube 50er Jahre Flair. Die Gaststätte hatte Kantinen Charakter. Trotzdem haben sich alle Mitarbeiter sehr viel Mühe gegeben.Das Essen ist das Beste was ich von allen getesteten Hotels je gesehen habe. Die gesamte Hotel Anlage mit Sträuchern, Bäumen und Palmen ist sehr, sehr schön und unbedingt sehenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal .

    Hotel steht bzgl. Außenanlagen vor großen Veränderungen, die aber nicht näher benannt wurden/ werden konnten. Die Juniorsuiten verlieren durch den Umbau im Winter ihre Großzügigkeit. Das Hotel wird mehr auf Masse ausgelegt.

    pools are cold asked for non smoking room and then had very strong cigaratte smell from vents and was not offered room change Then they smelt of paint and demanded room change which was done.very child friendly very clean, different buffets, a la carte restaurants, staff fantastic apart from manager good drinks very good standard.
