The Es Paradis and Eden nightclubs are 500 metres from the hotel, while the Pacha, Privilege and Amnesia clubs are 16 km away in Ibiza town. Prohibition. It is strictly prohibited throughout the premises (including guest rooms, terraces, and common areas) to consume, unlawfully possess, cultivate, manufacture, exchange, buy or sell, or otherwise traffic in drugs (toxic drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances) under the applicable legislation, in particular Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Public Security (arts. 1 2 36.16 and 36.18) and Organic Law 10/1995, the Criminal Code (arts. 3 368 et seq.). For these purposes, the Hotel also prohibits the recreational use of inhaled psychoactive substances, including nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”), without prejudice to any specific legal regime that may apply. Measures in case of non-compliance. A breach by Guests may, at the Hotel’s discretion and without any right to refund, result in: (a) the immediate termination of the lodging contract and eviction of the offending persons; (b) the imposition of an internal charge for extraordinary cleaning and/or repair of damages, without prejudice to claiming additional amounts if actual costs exceed that sum; and (c) notifying the Law Enforcement Authorities whenever there are indications of an administrative offence or a crime.
