The staff were helpful and very welcoming.
Room was clean and comfortable and for London was value for money.
ONLY problem I encountered was the closeness of the undedrground (Tube) where several lines converged behind the hotel.

Within 20mins walk Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, Kensington Palace Gardens, Hyde Park etc.,.On arrival our booking was non-existant, after much telephoning we were allocated a cupboard sized room next to the reception area, next to the busy Rail Line, one train every 50seconds. It was impossible to fully open doors ie Bathroom etc.,The washbasin was a very useful headrest whilst using the toilet. Being awoken by the Fire Alarm at 7 30am was good practice, communication problems I was told.Clean Hotel, good breakfast.
