What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?

The accommodation in question received mixed reviews from guests. While some praised the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast with a stunning view, others expressed disappointment in certain aspects. One guest mentioned being disturbed by noise from nearby construction and loud vehicles, as well as the lack of TV channels in Spanish. Another guest was dissatisfied with the additional charges for laundry services and the hefty penalty for smoking in the room. However, positive comments outweighed the negative ones, with many guests commending the helpful and attentive staff, convenient location near popular attractions, and the complimentary afternoon tea and pastries. Overall, despite some minor issues, the hotel seemed to offer a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and excellent customer service.
