Hotel Dachswald

Hotel Dachswald is renowned for its idyllic and absolutely peaceful setting in a forest park, only 2 km away from the motorway exit Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Nestled within the beautiful forest the hotel used to be the hunting lodge of the dukes of Württemberg for their hunting activities. Later it was turned in a rural restaurant which became a popular meeting place for the inhabitants of Stuttgart. After its complete damage by air-raid attack in 1943 it was reconstructed preserving its original country house style. Accommodation comprises 47 comfortable rooms with a total of 70 beds. The amenities include TV and direct dial telephone. Some of the rooms feature WLAN internet connection. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request. The restaurant can seat up to 45 people and is open until 10:00 p.m. We spoil you with regional dishes and venison from local forests. You will love our specialties based on Angus calf.
