    Old rooms but excellent view!

    I had a bit more expectations of this hotel.
    The room was clean but badly dilapidated and could definitely use a touch up.
    The mirrors had a blur and the drains were rusty. Also there was no option to plug you electronics without the UK plug.
    We live in 2024 a simple USB plug would have been great.
    Elevator takes ages to reach and when you are finally in it keeps going up and down without reaching the final floor. It took us 10 minutes to get finally down from floor 6.

    The view is excellent and you can have an amazing walk a long the river side.
    First metro station is around 15-20 minutes walk.

    The hotel is very good, a little old in the rooms but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the staff are excellent. A Spanish channel on the TV could be improved.

    Small but beautiful room in the corner of the hotel with amazing views on the Tower Bridge and Thames. Will always remember the views..

    The hotel was very clean staff very helpful nice area only think that let it down was the breakfast was stone cold and long long queues Even thought we went down at 8 am on a Sunday morning don’t buy the breakfast
