Ryokan Ikumatsu

Formerly a residence for one of the historical Meiji Restoration leaders, Ikumatsu is located in front of the Takase-gawa River and Kamo-gawa River. An open-air dining area is offered during the summer season. Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Train Station is a 2-minute walk, and Keihan Sanjo Train Station is a 3-minute walk away. Each Japanese-style room features tatami (woven-straw) flooring and a private toilet. A refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a TV are included. Most rooms are equipped with Japanese futon bedding and a private bath. The Ishin-an restaurant serves Japanese dishes for lunch. A traditional Kyoto-style multi-course dinner is available for an extra cost. Guests can request for massage services for an extra cost, or relax in the shared bath for free.
