Refurbishment Project:
1. New Swimming Pool (Nam Mao Lawn Area)
- Revised Project Timeline: 20 April – 30 August 2026 (inclusive) *The new swimming pool is scheduled to officially open on 31 August 2026.
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: Guests may experience intermittent, minor noise during specific phases of the project. To ensure a peaceful stay, the work area will be localized to the Nam Mao Lawn area
and fully screened with bamboo fencing. Furthermore, we will prioritize assigning guest rooms away from the work area.
- Noise and Dust Level: Rated 3 to 8 out of 10 (variable depending on the project phase)
2. Tennis Court:
- Project Timeline: 1 September– 31 October 2026 (inclusive)
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: The tennis courts will be unavailable during this time. As works are strictly confined to the court area, no other resort facilities will be affected.
3. Main Swimming Pool & Railay Zone Improvements
- Revised Project Timeline: 31 August – 20 October 2026 (inclusive)
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Facilities: The Main Swimming Pool and Raitalay Terrace Restaurant will be closed for scheduled improvements.
- Alternatives: Guests are invited to enjoy our newly completed swimming pool at the Nam Mao Lawn.
