Lack of hot water and water flow on a Sunday morning. Quite a wake-up call. The room is a bit small compared to other nearby hotels of the same price.

Just one issue, which for me is quite serious and is why I give a low rating for cleanliness (even though it was clean). The room was not ready until 4:00 PM; I had never experienced such a late check-in before, as it disrupts the day and the convenience of being able to rest a bit after walking all morning. The location, service, friendliness, and willingness were very good.
