    Very convenient for visiting Knossos and centre of Heraklion.Took 3 phone calls and an hour to bring complimentary tea/coffee facilities to our room. Not what I would expect from a 5* hotel!.Clean hotel in convenient location. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast.

    You can walk easily into the centre of Heraklion and obviously there is plenty to see in and around the town.No negative comments.What an excellent hotel! The hotel was refurbished last year and all the areas, including the pool in the inner courtyard are crisp and cool. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was superb. The best hotel of the holiday!.
