Utopia Hotel & Spa

Renovated in 2010, this is the only resort on Kefalonia. Besides a super-deluxe hotel, there is also a modern spa centre. The air-conditioned establishment offers 60 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and lift access. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, Internet access, room service, a car park and a garage.

The modern guest rooms feature an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include a satellite TV, Internet access and a safe.

The hotel provides three outdoor swimming pools, one with hot tub and water 'cannons' and massage jets, as well as a separate children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers laid out for use. The spa centre offers a private room for group therapy and relaxation, light treatments, saunas and a heated indoor swimming pool. There is a nearby pebble beach.

The restaurant's cuisine is based on the Mediterranean diet with predominant Greek influences and traditional Kefalonian dishes. The hotel also offers a snack bar and a pool bar. A breakfast buffet is served each morning and set menu and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.
