This 3.5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Fira city in Santorini and is one of the nicest Bed and Breakfast Hotel type which is on the most central spot of the island. It faces the Volcano (Superior rooms) and has only nine rooms-It is practically on the Caldera's top, with minimum steps to the rooms. It has two floors and the terraces overlook the Caldera, the sunset Santorini is famous for and the Volcano island of Palia and Nea Kameni.
The standard rooms have lower rates because the balconies overlook to the pedestrian street but are only 19 steps away from the view and the Superior rooms that view the Volcano.
Breakfast is served in room daily (or the terraces in the summer with Volcano view), a continental type with local rich additions to help you start the day.
Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, Internet Tv, and free WiFi, for your connection needs. They provide free coffee and tea and kettle for hot water, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, safe deposit box, bathrobes, slippers, shower amenities.
Guests in the summer can use the sister next door luxury sister Hotel Aressana swimming pool at a fee of 25.00 euros per person as of May 2023 and gym at 15.00 euros daily and have a great discount at the Spa area of the premises, a plus to all Theoxenia guests. Also, guests have access to Ifestioni restaurant for a la cart lunch or dinner. Aressana is one minute walking distance away. (April to end of October)
Generally, it is a small jewel because of its local authenticity, it is runned by people in the tourism industry of Santorini for many years that will provide hospitality with high standards and smiles.
