    Everything in general needs improvement, especially the rooms which are very old and need renovations.

    The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, fortunately it was only for 1 day, because if I had booked more days, I would have given up, I wouldn't have slept another night. An abandoned hotel, without cleaning, old furniture, everything broken, how is it possible to be 3 stars? It is a robbery to pay the price as if it were 3 stars when the hotel doesn't even deserve one. How is it allowed for this hotel to be open? Honestly, it was an experience as if I were inside a horror movie.

    The hotel should not be open; it is an attack on public health, maximum lack of hygiene, tons of cockroach dust everywhere, sofas, chairs, and sheets full of dirt stains, a cleaning team that does everything but clean, a disgrace.

    Very weak service, the hotel manager was never available to face the customers.

    The health authorities should close that dump.
