The presence of both outdoor and indoor pools was appreciated, although the outdoor pool was more suitable for children. On the other hand, several negative aspects were highlighted. The furniture was basic and uncomfortable, and the lack of air conditioning and poor ventilation in the bathrooms made the stay unpleasant during hot weather. Issues with cleanliness, including dirty pool water and inconsistent room cleaning, were also mentioned. However, the kitchen facilities were generally well-equipped. The staff at reception were friendly, although communication in different languages seemed inconsistent.
