Fantastic from start to finish. They park your car upon arrival. Everything is very new. Large and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast. Direct access to Falesia beach via a path through the pine trees. We will return!

None.The quality of this lovely hotel is 5 star in all ways. Staff are smiling helpful and clearly aiming to please and eliminate any initial small teething problems. The restaurant clearly uses high quality ingredients. Not a criticism but an opinion, The restaurants are beautifully modern and functional, perfect for families, however less appropriate for couples who want an adult atmosphere and intimacy at dinner. .

This would be nit picking! Perhaps a few more parasols around the pools but there was always one free for the staff to re position if needed. It's a new hotel (2013?) so I really hope Sana can keep all the fittings highly maintained over the years.Cleverly designed hotel with highest quality fittings in the rooms. Attention to detail amazing with good wifi throughout to keep the teenage girls connected.The hotel setting is fantastic with well manicured grounds and nice easy access to the public beach. Pool side loungers and fittings also very good quality and an adult only pool for those precious 'me' moments. Not unusual for the pool staff to come round with a tray of macaroons for the guests or even to offer to clean your sunglasses! The food is fantastic, lovely breakfast and evening buffets are themed and superb quality. We were bed and breakfast but with hindsight would probably have gone 1/2 board. Great ambiance and atmosphere and the staff are friendly, un stuffy, attentive and professional. Worthy of it's five stars and the first hotel the family would go back to without any hesitation. Not cheap, but worth it!.

Even though we did not put the towels in the bathtub they were change, twice. The capsules for the coffee machine were not stocked up and the glasses in the room, which had pulpy orange juice, were just rinsed. .Location really nice, great garden, close to the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants around the corner. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast.
