Pestana Cascais Ocean & Conference Apart

I liked the service, especially from Mr. Ricardo at the reception, an extraordinary person; you don't see employees like that anymore. The breakfast was good, but the hotel really needs to be renovated.

Location is great. Beautiful sea view ,close to Lisbon and Cascais center. The staff were amazing!, First and second nights the AC did not work at all. Moved to another room and the AC only worked somewhat. First room had torn wallpaper. Older hotel needs updating! Booked through hotel directly but email communication was slow and then not at all. Once again the front desk staff were great and communicated well. I would choose another hotel for my next visit based on the price I paid.

Evening meal could have been a bit more choice but otherwise well presented. There could have been more entertainmemt in the evenings in the hotel.

Nice area just down the road with restaurants overlooking the sea. Walk or bus ride into Cascais - lovely town.Breakfast room too small for amount of guests ,only used facility three or four times over two week holiday. Too crowded , people queing to get in. Not a great choice of food available at breakfast time. Needs larger are to sit in and relax at night.Friendly staff , clean rooms , nice and quiet. Pool area pleasent. Our second visit to hotel.Carlton Pestana - Funchall, large breakfast area , wider range of food available.

Demasiados olores a comida, por todo el hotel, elplato del bufet, maiz con algo de embutido, no estaba en buenas condiciones, tuvimos malestar y problemas intestinales. Debiera haber una salida al paseo posterior, con accedo por tarjeta, lo hay en otros hoteles. Los armarios del del acceso debajo de la pila de cocina tiene la puerta rota y caida.Tranquilidad, buena atención, facilitan bastante informacion, habitaciones cómodas.
