    We were there for just a weekend, the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the double bed was super comfortable. It's centrally located and you can walk to anywhere in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

    Trip as a couple. We stayed three days in room 701, a highly recommended hotel in a good area, with a nearby metro station, varied breakfast, and very pleasant reception staff. We had a wonderful stay.

    Reception welcome & client requests not respected

    When booking on your website Destinia, we requested two things:
    - that the two double rooms be next to each other,
    - that a table for 7 people be prepared for lunch at 8:30.
    At check-in, the reception informed me that the agency we went through, namely DESTINIA, did not pass on this information to them.
    I showed them the DESTINIA booking voucher received, which clearly indicates the two requests.
    The reception informed me that the hotel had not confirmed these two requests to DESTINIA and was unable to follow up.
    The error was with DESTINIA and in no way with the hotelier.
    Our stay started very poorly and the hotelier did not provide us with any solution.
