This tourist complex is located on the hills of Alfaz del Pi, a tourist town situated beside the Mediterranean Sea between Altea and Benidorm. Guests may relax in this peaceful town, pay a visit to Albir Beach or sample the local cuisine. Affording views out over the sea, the complex lies some 3 km from the tourist centre of the resort where an array of shops and the beach are to be found. It is approximately 4 km to Benidorm and some 8 km to the Terra Mitica theme park, which has grounds covering around 18,000 m² Alicante airport is 68 km from the hotel.Opened in 2005, this air-conditioned complex is flanked by four large towers. Aside from the 40 bungalows, the complex also offers an array of other services including a games room, a café-restaurant, a bar, a terrace, a large dining room with barbecue and handmade ceramic tables, a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a surveillance tower and public Internet access. Lying amidst sprawling gardens in which comfortable furniture has been laid out, the complex also offers a kids' club for younger guests as well as room and laundry services. Moreover, there is a car park for those arriving by car.The bungalows are all of varying sizes, ranging from junior suites with a bedroom for 2 persons and a lounge to great suites with 2 bedrooms and a double living room for a total of 6 persons. All suites come with a bathroom, are fully furnished and feature a direct dial telephone, a TV and a minibar as well as double or king-sized bed, a terrace and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. The complex provides accommodation for a total of 200 persons.
