Hotel Bonalba Alicante 4* Sup

I only stayed one night, but I wasn't convinced. The exterior appearance is not 4* superior. Check-in was at 4 PM. When I arrived, the only place to eat was the cafeteria with frozen products. The room was quite spacious and fine. They sell the parking space as an additional service, but you arrive at night and there is no space for your car despite having paid. It is very much in the mountains and a bit in the middle of nowhere, except for the surrounding restaurants and hospitality complexes. You definitely won't be walking to the beach. The best part was the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff.

The customer service from the waiters was very good, and all the guys and girls were very friendly.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped.
The ALL INCLUSIVE was not truly all-inclusive; it only included the selection of products they had chosen. Not all cocktails were included, only the cocktail of the day, and the ice creams for the kids were just small cups of ice cream. We had to pay 50% of the price for the products we wanted.
The pool was wonderful, although the bathrooms needed more cleaning, as they only checked them once in the morning and once or not at all in the afternoon. There is a lack of cleaning staff.
The entertainment was very weak; the monitors were very pleasant and friendly, but the activities started very late, both in the morning and in the afternoon, especially the meditation, yoga, pilates, and stretching sessions... they should start around 10 or 10:30 AM, not at noon, which almost coincided with the time to change for dinner. They did not encourage customers to participate.
The AQUAEROBICS only did 3 songs, and by the time you think about it and go, it was already over. Except for the person in charge of the monitors, who made it longer.
The evening performances for small children were just a mini disco, the same every day, and for adults, if they were left in charge of the monitors, it was a total failure, as they say there is Got Talent, but they don't go looking for people in the afternoon at the pool to sign up and have everyone join the party. Then you go there, sit down, and since the activity is not prepared, no one participates.
Customers need to be encouraged and motivated, and given prizes, even if they are silly things like a bag of chips or a soda.
I was a bit disappointed.
By the way, the magic night with the Magic Crane and singer Fani Suárez was excellent. Very entertaining and very well done.

We spent a few days with family. The children's pool area is very nice and spacious. We really liked the buffet; there is a lot of variety: paella, salads, cold cuts, pasta... they cook meat, fish, omelets, eggs, etc., on the grill right away. The only thing we didn't like as much was the cleanliness of the rooms; there is a very dirty carpet, the shower faucet pressure is very low, there are damp spots in some parts of the room, the balcony is dirty, and there is a musty smell.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, if you don't have a car you depend on a taxi all day, you can't walk anywhere with atmosphere, one bus a day.
On top of that, the entertainment is terrible, nothing for adults, a hotel without communication, and at 11 at night you have to go to bed because they don't even play music. Inexperienced entertainers.
Other than that, the complex is fine and the food is good, but it's not worth being so isolated, especially without better entertainment.

Beautiful room, cleanliness not great some days (4) room not cleaned and anyway always in the late afternoon. Terrible staff, especially at the terrace bar by the pool. Probably the management is not present. The golf course is nice. A family-oriented facility with hordes of children. Tables and chairs are the toilets for the birds. Lack of cleanliness. Terrible food with a shabby dining room. Negative experience.
