We had already stayed at this hotel, we like it because it has a good location, a good breakfast, and is not excessively crowded with tourists; the negative point is that they make us wait until 4:00 PM to give us a room, and when the time comes, they tell us that our room is still not ready. After 15 minutes and upon our insistence, they give us another room (yes, there were free rooms ????). I don't think I will return. The service, which was one of its strong points the last time I was there, was poor (thanks to the young girl at reception who told me she did crossfit, because she was the one who managed the problem for us... the rest of the staff disappeared).

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast seems very expensive to me. Excellent location near the tram, buses, etc. The hotel staff is very friendly. The only issue is that the Tele Deportes channel (TVE) indicated it was channel 7, but when I tuned to 7, it was showing TVE 1, it was misconfigured.
