The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, the apartments are old, the cleanliness is average, and the food is scarce, with very little variety and very repetitive. Sleeping on the sofa in the living room is an ordeal, not comfortable at all, and there is a lot of noise from the hotel lobby. The pool is very nice and the entertainers are very pleasant. I will not return.

Location at the foot of the promenade and beach, next to an area of bars, shops, restaurants, and hotels. It needs renovation, as the apartments are very old (furniture, walls, decoration). The food is good and has a bit of everything. There is a lot of noise from the interior courtyard that can be heard from the rooms, as it creates an echo effect (people talking, music,...). Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is before 10 AM, which is a bit early.

Well located, good facilities, staff willing to help you and please you as much as possible, satisfied with them.

The electronic opening cards work very poorly for opening the doors and garage; one could say they are terrible. There is no elevator access to the garage, so people who have difficulty going up and down stairs have a hard time. They do not have electric vehicle chargers. The check-in time is much earlier than the check-out time, as you have to check out before 10:30, and at 9, the cleaning staff is already knocking at the door. There are no welcome details in the room, which is usually common in accommodations with these prices. Overall, the facilities, location, cleanliness, staff, and everything else are very good; although I am unaware of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner, because I only booked accommodation.

We repeated our visit because we liked it a couple of years ago, and this time we noticed certain changes.

The buffet food has deteriorated quite a bit. There is little variety and it is very repetitive, and I do not recommend full board at all because it is very monotonous to eat practically the same thing all the time. A positive point is that nothing was ever missing because they replenished items often.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very, very poor. For example, on the day we arrived in the room, we found a nail on the floor in front of the fridge that, of course, was not ours. Another day, it was 2 PM and our room had not been cleaned, so we came back from the beach and had no towels to shower with. The cleaner told us she had had many check-outs and hadn’t had time. I don’t blame the employee; rather, I think there was a lack of staff in that regard, and those who were there were overwhelmed.

Regarding the location, it was excellent. The attention from the staff was also very good, except for one employee in the dining area who seemed a bit lost.
