Lack of kindness from the reception staff.

Welcoming at the reception was great but then: my room was the size of a cell, no balcony, strong smell of insecticide. The pool the size of a jacuzzi. 2 kids in it and it was full...the breakfast room looked like a cantine. The parking was so narrow so it needed the help of someone from the hotel to park the car. Single room + breakfast+parking 160 €!!! Never again despite charming staff. Of course 4 stars is overating.

Park Guell really close,and metro station not far...good mobility.HORRIBLE cleaning service and rooms!Blankets have been changed just once in 9 days!Found a beatle in the toilet,and water smells like..you can imagine!.Receptionist Alberto is very polite and helpful!Nice and quick staff at reception.Don't expect a 4 level from this hotel...when you'll see the room you'll find it out! :).

Even though it has 4*, its actually more a 3* hotel. Very oldschool interior, specially the bathroom. .More or less clean. Staff is friendly. Not far from metro station that takes you to center. .
