What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?
The accommodation received mixed reviews from guests. Some praised the partially updated hotel, comfortable beds, and good food, although with limited variety. They suggested adding a microwave in the dining area to address the issue of cold food. Guests appreciated the exceptional cleanliness and the option to bring their pets. Location-wise, it was situated at one end of Calells but offered a seaside view. However, the non-refurbished rooms and small pool were drawbacks. Some found the bar and entertainment area insufficiently spacious. Others mentioned that accepting pets could be inconvenient due to noisy neighboring dogs. While the staff was commended for their friendliness, a few critiques were raised about the pillows being too soft. Overall, despite some flaws, the accommodation offered good value for money and left guests feeling well taken care of.
