What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?
The hotel in question has received mixed reviews from guests. Some positive aspects include the attentive staff, especially the reception manager and restaurant waiters. The reception manager goes out of their way to meet guests' needs, and there is a complimentary coffee and tea machine available. However, there are several drawbacks. The rooms are small with limited space due to large beds, leaving no room for bedside tables. The food is satisfactory but lacks variety, with guests having the same meal for two consecutive days. The dining area resembles a poolside bar rather than a 4-star hotel, with individual paper tablecloths and guests having to fetch their own cutlery and glasses. The hotel is also a bit far from the beach, requiring a 15-20 minute walk. Despite these shortcomings, some guests would consider staying at the hotel again but not as their first choice.
