    Friendly staff. Good facilities. Excellent overall cleanliness. Good location.
    I used the covered parking.
    I have an electric vehicle and the covered parking has electric chargers.
    When I tried to charge my electric vehicle, a car was parked in the charging spot without charging, which is rude behavior from the guest. The reception tried to contact the guest without success. After 3 hours, he returned to the hotel, and I asked him why he parked there without charging, preventing other guests from using this service. He laughed and showed indifference.
    This behavior is unacceptable.
    The hotel must take measures so that all guests who need to charge their electric vehicles do not encounter the parking area dedicated to this service being abusively occupied.

    The treatment from all the staff has been excellent. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. They responded to all the needs of the room that we requested in advance. A sure value when visiting Jerez.

    Good hotel, great location, big and comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness. It was a good choice to have chosen this hotel. If I return, I will stay at this accommodation again.

    I really liked the service from my arrival, and we stayed for 3 days. The breakfast was also very good, and the lady who manages the breakfast (since I have a gluten issue) made sure I had a variety in my breakfast.
    Then, it is highly recommended for its location to be able to eat well, have a drink, and go for a walk.
    Thank you for being so attentive.
