What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?
This hotel in Santillana has mixed reviews. Guests praised the clean and comfortable rooms with lovely bathrooms. The location, however, received criticism for being outside the centre and poorly signposted. Some visitors struggled to find it. The restaurant also disappointed guests, with limited menu options and subpar food quality. One reviewer described the vegetable soup as a "thick brown sludge" and the service as reminiscent of Basil Fawlty from Fawlty Towers. On the positive side, guests appreciated the comfortable beds and good sanitation measures. While the hotel offers good value for money, it would be wise to explore dining options elsewhere unless part of a group.
