The mattresses were a horror and the sofa was even worse; when we entered, it smelled terrible, like a wet dog. It is very far from the center, and to access the nearest beach, you have to walk through a path where dogs are walked, and you have to dodge droppings.

My partner and I went to spend a week on vacation in June.
The complex is a bit far from the center of Alcossebre, but in 10 minutes (if you make it) you're there; the same goes for the beaches, we drove to Playa Romana or Playa del Moro, except for Cala Blanca, which you could reach in 5 minutes on foot along a path without any problem.
Regarding the apartment: it was fine.
When picking up the keys, you have to leave a deposit of €250; we were attended by Andrea, who was lovely.
The apartment had everything necessary for living for a week. You have sheets and kitchenware; the towels are your own responsibility.
The only complaints I would make are that when I booked, I requested not to have the attic, and yet they gave it to me; yes, it has sea views, but the ceilings are sloped... and the WORST part; the bedroom window: the blind I used was a yellow cloth, and at 6 am all the daylight started coming in, and by 7, the sun was blazing. Folks!.. I'm on vacation, and I didn't come here to wake up early!

But in conclusion: the quality-price ratio is more than worth it. We returned rested and recharged.

We stayed for a week and it was very good for a week. It's not very central, but good value for money. It has a pool and air conditioning, which is important.
