I never imagined I would have to write a review like this. This year, we decided to book our vacation with friends at the Hotel for the third consecutive year (one of the people coming with us has been vacationing there for 6 years). We checked in on August 8 and planned to stay until August 12. Our daughters look forward to these days like nothing else. Water slides, pools, buffet, all-inclusive… it sounds wonderful, and it is. But this year has been different. We were forced to leave early because we felt our physical safety and that of our children was at risk due to threats made by members of a family that had terrified the entire environment. Throughout the day, they displayed completely inappropriate behavior. They crossed the line with the women, to the point of sexual aggression, showing disrespectful behavior towards the staff, getting uncomfortably close in an attempt to provoke… when one of our friends decided to point out that their behavior was inappropriate, they flew into a rage: “We’re going to kill you and we’re going to f*** your wives and daughters (who, by the way, are between 6 and 10 years old). How can people like this be in a normalized social environment? Is it possible that this is the usual behavior of certain individuals? How does the hotel ensure the physical safety of its guests? Unfortunately, despite the hotel staff's insistence that we stay, we decided that our safety was the most important thing. While it is true that the hotel expelled this family, it is also true that we could not stay another minute in the hotel. Who can guarantee that the next day we wouldn’t suffer retaliation from people who have no regard for the rules of coexistence? We already know how some individuals from certain groups behave. On the other hand, there is the psychological harm done to our daughters. Fear, crying, and the feeling that their vacation has been stolen from them. They waited all year, with all the excitement in the world, only to end up suffering a situation like this. With all the pain, we will not return. In time, the memory of how much fun we had in the previous two years will remain.
