    Very good hotel, reception, waiters, cooks, all pleasant service, even an iron in the room and a clothes drying rack. Food was good. We will return. Of the 15 hotels we have stayed at in Lloret, this is the one we liked the most.

    Hotel just a few steps from the beach and the center, it has everything you need: pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, rooms with fridge and safe available, excellent food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Qualified and helpful staff. If I return to Lloret, I will always book here.

    I have stayed in several hotels in Lloret de Mar, and this was my first time here. The next time I visit Lloret, this will be my first choice. Everything was perfect: the rooms, cleanliness, pools, food, and especially the staff. I traveled with my father, who needs a wheelchair, and at all times, the hotel staff made things easy for us. Everything was a 10 out of 10.

    Spacious rooms but poorly maintained... after the cleaning ladies have been through, you walk barefoot and your feet are black!!! Not even swept. The room's bay window opens onto a nice balcony, but it's impossible to enjoy it because it faces a busy road... very noisy, thank goodness for the air conditioning. The meals are not varied, swimming in oil, desserts are very rare... watermelons and plums throughout the stay, but if you mainly eat halal, I recommend it. The pool is too small. Impossible to swim without getting bumped... thank goodness the beach is not far. No entertainment whatsoever... The head of the cleaning staff is very unpleasant. Apart from the bartenders and lifeguards, I found no friendliness.
    Impossible to park... parking costs 20 euros per day and there are very few spaces...
    I do not recommend it and I will not return even if offered... for over ten years I have been booking hotels on the Catalan coast and this is the only one that has disappointed me... This hotel, in my eyes, does not deserve its stars or its rating... very good.
    If you want to spend a terribly sad vacation, I recommend it... .
