    I love this hotel! From the friendly service at the reception, especially Belém, to the service at the bar and restaurant! I feel like I'm at home! I've been coming here for almost 20 years, I love it and I would give it a 10 out of 10, and if I could, I would give it more!!!!

    Two aspects to improve are the condition of the floor in the room and the bathroom; they need a change! The spa is very crowded because it is free; it needs to have one-hour reservations for entry.

    The worst experience I have had in a hotel of this chain, I do not recommend it to anyone, it is a waste of money and completely ruins your vacation week, zero rest and the food is the worst you can try, meaning you will have to eat out. In short, they should reconsider the services they provide, because I can tell you it is a total disappointment.
