I was there this weekend with my family, everything was good in terms of price and quality! The staff's attention was excellent except for the guy who runs the karaoke; he responds in a rude manner, which is very unsatisfactory for the customer. There was zero animation from him, but everything else was fine.

We had a great time ???? the staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, everything was high quality, the entertainment was really cool, and the facilities were very good, especially the jacuzzi. We left feeling very relaxed. Overall, everything was great, and we will definitely come back.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the hotel, and the stay has been perfect as always... whenever I make an evaluation, the first thing I do is assess everything I have been offered against the price paid, and the reality is that the assessment is "RECEIVED FOR WHAT WAS PAID" excellent, I can't ask for more, kindness at the reception at all times whenever I needed something, the location perfect in the center of Lloret but without being overwhelming, facilities very well maintained and clean, room and dining services perfect and the staff attentive and friendly... despite being an old hotel, the facilities are superb and the comfort excellent... it has everything: a show room, pool, jacuzzi, a solarium on the roof with 2 small pools, café-ice cream shop, and a nice lounge bar with a musical atmosphere open to the public.... in summary, we had a pleasant, relaxing stay with the right atmosphere, which is what we were looking for in Lloret de Mar.
